FederalCrest LLC shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, labor disputes, governmental actions, interruptions in supply chains, or technical failures.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Limitation of Liability clause and the overall Service Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, and both parties consent to such jurisdiction and venue.

8. Acknowledgement and Acceptance

By engaging FederalCrest LLC’s services, the Client acknowledges and agrees to this Limitation of Liability clause and accepts that this limitation is a reasonable allocation of risk between the parties in connection with the services provided.
